This year, more than ever it’s vital that expecting and new parents who are struggling are aware that they are not alone in their struggles and that they can reach out for help. It’s important for parents to know that when they do reach out, they will be supported by those they confide in, whether they are family members, health professionals, or other perinatal mental health specialists.... Patients can discuss this at their babies 6 week check-up, please call the practice to book an appointment.
