03.01.2022 It is important to us that our customers know where our produce comes from. All of our produce is locally sourced within 100 miles of Charleston. Our seasonal vegetables are sourced from various locations around the Adelaide Hills; these include Balhannah, Piccadilly, Kenton Valley and more. Our fruit is sourced from Lenswood and Cudlee Creek (currently apples and pears), all chemical free and organic. ... Our current batch of beef is from Mallala, chemical-free and ethically sourced. And our lamb is sourced right here on the farm in Charleston! Our upcoming pork meat will be sourced from Kanmantoo, again all chemical free and organic meats!
