Our resident Brazilian, Bruna says it’s eaten regularly and it serves as a main form of nutrients in Brazilian cuisine . Her favourite is creamy fried cassava!! Easy to cook and eat, however if you want to go deep to the cassava living roots follow Bruna's grandmother recipe: Ingredients: 3 cups of boiled and squeezed cassava 1 cup of kale pesta ... 1 cup of grated mozzarella 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese 1 egg add flour & roll up with the help of two spoons 1/2 tablespoon of yeast dehydrated onion, black pepper salt & herbs to taste 1 chopped seedless chili pepper How to cook: In a container mix the boiled cassava, kale pesto, parmesan cheese and mozzarella, egg, seasonings and mix.
