20.01.2022 One of our favourite midweek meals...free-form ratatouille tart. So easy to make with @caremepastry sourcream shortcrust pastry, @meredithdairy Marinated Feta, local garlic and whatever veggies you have on hand. Chop veggies into largish pieces, drizzle with EVOO, salt and pepper and roast for an hour. Pile onto the pastry and wrap over the edges, chill for 20 min, then bake at 170C for 40 min. Delish! We will finish our handover period with the new managers next week, so to that end, please be advised that we are no longer the contact(s) for the business. It's been a very rewarding journey establishing a gourmet deli a...nd grocery in Braidwood over the last 5 years. We have genuinely loved getting to know our local customers and those that travelled from far and near to support our local business, our local food and wine producers and the economy of Braidwood as a whole. A very big heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Provisions Deli & Grocery a success and kept us afloat through drought, bushfires and a pandemic (!). We are proud of the business we built and wish the new management and owners every success for the future. Those who shop with us regularly know that we have tried our best to provide Braidwood and surrounds with this range of whole foods - initially through the bulk food offering and when turnover was not sufficient to support bulk food shopping, we switched to H2G product in retail ready packaging. Sadly, there is not enough demand to support us carrying the range - in any format - any longer. Recently IGA in ...Braidwood has started carrying the line in competition to us as well.
