These units can either take the factory runners or have our custom sheet metal runners to suit any head style. Will suit from 6/71 through to 14/71 blowers. 20.01.2022 We have the pleasure to be working on Bills VL powered by a Warspeed Ls and a 2 speed glide. The team at pro worx worked tirelesly through the clock for the last week to complete a long punch list of tasks including a new tunnel, front and rear tailshaft loops, engine and trans safety trays, new fire extinguisher system, air shift C02 bottle mounting, side trusion removable bar and the list goes on. Next is a trip to Als and then C&V for tuning hoping to see over 1600hp. I am sure everyone involved is doing their best to see this weapon run at Kenda this coming Saturday. 20.01.2022 Dear motoring enthusiasts, Our new 6 speed ZF transmission billet intermediate shafts have landed literally Made from the same materials as used on Boeings landing gear. As we all know, the standard intermediate shaft will break at 700HP/600Nm+ engine setups. strengthening treatments can help but unfortunately it is not enough and not the cure for this failure point. In high power applications a 6R80 front end setup as well as a billet intermediate is the place to star...t. Until now we have been using billet shafts sourced from various suppliers which has proven to be very successful. We have gone one step further, sourcing a special steel, re-designing the shaft and further removed fatigue points, and re-arranged the lubrication circuit. Our shafts are now extending the capability of our stage 4 transmission well beyond 1600HP. These shafts have been designed for either open or closed faced thrust bearings to allow for custom clearance setups. 15.01.2022 Catch cans are becoming ever so popular and available in more shapes and sizes than ever. What are some true benefits of one though? Aside from stopping oil residue back into your oil pan/combustion chamber, it also helps your engine oil to seperate out the air and moisture/condensate. Once that is done, where does maintenance come into it? Well, the residue draining frequency will depending on what fuel you are running and what kms you are travelling. But here is the catch!... Yes you drain it frequently and you see an amount of oil or water come out. We noticed from our testing the traditional catch can effectiveness dropped as it filled up exponentially as the air/oil/moisture seperation area decreased, but our dual chamber design (2nd internal chamber) provided an extended "filter" barrier to duplicate the seperation process again. We are not advocating to be scientists or inventors of some breakthrough technology here, but a simple insight to our point of difference to give you more bang for buck. This case was seriously damaged when it arrived at our facility...upon inspection we found 2 snap ring groves blown out...we assessed it was repairable and were able to bring it back to almost new...
