25.01.2022 !!!!!!!!!!!!Welders wanted!!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking for good reliable, trustworthy, punctual welders to join our small but growing team in our Kyneton based steel manufacturing buisness. We do a wide range of work from small welding repairs to large scale structural steel projects for commercial buildings and freeway infrastructure projects and we also build custom fabricated transporters and bodies. Clean friendly environment with very good conditions and equipment. Pay ra...tes will depend on applicants experience,position and ability to produce excellent work in a time frame that promotes higher margins and therefor higher pay rates. We want more guys to join our team who also take pride in there work and understand what it takes to successfully complete a job. Ideally we want both experienced fabricators/welders and a supervisor that will run the shop like it was his own and be rewarded as such. We will also look at applicants who are willing to learn, want to be in this industry, have the right attributes and are prepared to stay for the long haul to be trained. 24.01.2022 It has been a big few weeks even for us. We have a few new 48’ race trailers ordered and being fabricated, the first one for a local Melbourne based customer plus multiple freeway components during the days then installing steel at nights. Go boys go they get it done !!! Been a very productive start to 2019.

17.01.2022 This compact bike trailer was something a bit different for us compared to the big bangers we have been building. This family are long time close friends of ours and they were extremely patient waiting for this trailer and as always they are a true pleasure to deal with. I’m 100% sure that with this family... and orange bikes that front shelf will travel home with it’s fair share of shiny hardware. it’s in the blood.
17.01.2022 Small gantry we fabricated and installed for a long time customer. Larger ones still to install in the coming weeks. The largest gantry we have built was 44m long.

15.01.2022 Another PRP Engineering trailer rolls out of the shop this week headed to its new NSW home and owner who is also a very talented fabricator in his own right. This unit is something a little different being a 5th wheeler that will be towed by a beautiful big American Truck

11.01.2022 Sometimes a simple job like this one can become more than just a little bit of a challenge and more often then not it’s when life is also tough, but at the end of it all when you lift your head and take a step back to look at what’s been achieved with pride it all becomes worth it. What I’m saying is no matter how difficult or sometimes nearly impossible something seems ALWAYS do the best that your capable of and the rewards will follow. If you do the bare minimum with no effort that’s what you will get in return.
10.01.2022 Who would have thought from what started with us building our own trailer has now grown to building 16 units. For what is a fill in or secondary aspect to our work, these trailers have gotten popular, and get that little bit better each time. This one is about to roll out to its new Victorian based owner this weekend. They were a pleasure to deal with. Time to start the next one.

08.01.2022 More bridge railings going in on our latest project and the weather here is perfect . Nathan Green from Greens Cranes is doing a great job helping us out with the lifting. We’re also still looking for new team members so if you like a good range of diverse and challenging work, can produce well above average welding results, have leadership skills with a get it done and done right attitude we would love to hear from you.

05.01.2022 To say we’ve got a lot going on here at PRP Engineering at the moment would be a massive understatement with multiple major projects and a few other large jobs all falling into the same period of time but we’re getting it done. Lots of steel coming in and out of the shop and a couple new heaters to keep the boys warm on the chilly winter early morning starts. We are all looking forward to things calming down a bit and some pressure to be gone.
