24.01.2022 Introducing PS40 SOFA SERIES VOL 1. When PS40 first opened up in 2016 we received a review saying we were the best Sofa bar in Sydney, bloody autocorrect! Well it looks like most of us will be confined to drinking on the sofa for the time being so heres a selection of old and new favourites that you can enjoy at home or send a boomerang to a mate. Coincidentally our current menu is focused on festivals so why not come and celebrate the new lunar year with our appropriately name Lunar Festival cocktail featuring: - Cognac & Rye whisky - Pandan... - Red bean - Whey This little number goes through a 3 natural filtration process known as milk washing a technique that dates back to the 1700s.
