11.01.2022 While golf might not look like the most physically demanding sport, repetitive spinal rotation can lead to lower back pain if untreated. Our physios can assist with restoring spinal mobility, as well as prescribing golf-specific exercises to prevent injury and improve performance. Come and swing on by!

08.01.2022 With students set to commence university next week it’s a good reminder to check up on the computer set up. Office ergonomics have a big impact on neck and back comfort. Laptops are best used when set up as a PC, with an external keyboard and mouse. Sitting close to the desk with feet supported, keyboard just below elbow height and monitor at eye level is ideal. This can leave our joints, especially necks and backs, feeling a bit unhappy. Here's a reminder to get moving this weekend. Even if it's just a few stretches or a walk around the shops.
