20.01.2022 Stage 2 extension of the Upper Mount Gravatt job is going well now with most of the structural work completed and the roof on. New HW floor laid and just couple of exisiting windows to be replace with new powder coated Allum. ones and soon to be a full lock up. Its created a huge living, Dining and Kitchen area and the new doors to the deck have really brought the outside inside. Good place to get to on a Friday.... Have a good weekend.

19.01.2022 Finally sorted out my new computer and Facebook photo posting glitch. So here are some earlier pics of the new side stairs and side deck underway. Mostly completed now except for the new small roof over the stair top landing and the large flyover roof on the deck. Deck roof and house reroof was programmed in for today but someone forgot to book in the sunshine.... What fun building can be.

13.01.2022 Insulated Panel roof fitted over the new side deck on the Sherwood job. New driveway due in shortly and then its just wrapping up all the smaller items. Upper Mount Gravatt job progressing well with a lot of the structural work completed on the stage 2 job. Good progress this week and we hope you have a nice long weekend.

03.01.2022 The re-roofing at Sherwood is complete and a Velux window installed to bring more light to an inside area. Deck roof being installed next week so getting close to completion.

01.01.2022 At last we got the re roofing sorted at Sherwood now the sun has put in an appearance. Time to make hay again. Tying up all the final items in Sherwood over the next week or two ... Making a start on Upper Mount Gravatt job, which is a small one, being the stage 2 and final part of the original job we did over a year ago and getting ready for the next big job in Lota.
