Our fourth session is all about practising kicking! When practising kicking we work on both front and back and this is a SUPER fun activity for kids! It is also an important skill as they progress with their swimming skills. We hope you enjoy.

If this affects your upcoming swimming lesson we will place a make-up lesson on your Paul Sadler Swimland account to catch up this lesson when we reopen from Friday 4 June, 2021. 22.01.2022 A LITTLE LONGER TO WAIT... We just wanted to let you know that following the recent easing of restrictions from today's Government announcement, unfortunately this does not extend to our pool which will continue to be closed. So we will be hanging out in our PJs for a little while longer... We are expecting this closure will continue for one more week, with our classes looking to return from Friday 18 June - similar to the regional rollout. ... Any classes missed due to this forced extended closure will automatically be credited to your Paul Sadler Swimland account and will be reduced from your next scheduled payment. Until we reopen for regular lessons all classes and payments have also been placed on hold. As soon as we receive further information about being able to return to the pool we will let you know and we look forward to heading back very soon. 10.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT With today's changes to Government restrictions, from 6pm today (Tuesday 25 May) masks are now mandatory in public indoor spaces, which includes our pool. Therefore, all swimmers and spectators over the age of 12 will need to wear a mask (unless medically exempt) when at the pool. For swimmers, the government regulation states to wear your mask before and after class and leave in a safe, dry place during your swim.
