21.01.2022 Please help us to ensure our companion dogs get the freedom to run and play off leash at Boat Harbour. PS Council have a duty of care to protect the residents yet they want to make the rocky headland at Boat Harbour only available for dogs on a leash . The road for emergency vehicles is neglected yet there have been over 40 deaths and severe injuries known about around the rocks at Boat Harbour and walking a dog over rough terrain is a hazard https://www.facebook.com/LADbibleAustralia/videos/641052073239615

20.01.2022 I hope Port Stephens reaps some benefit....Unprecedented support for mental health in the federal budget The Black Dog Institute welcomes the $2.3 billion investment from the federal budget for mental health support as a step in the right direction towards reform. The Black Dog Institute welcomes the $2.3 billion investment from the federal budget for mental health support as a step in the right direction towards reform. The pandemic and recent natural disasters have incr...eased demand for mental health care, further necessitating genuine commitment to bold investment, said Professor Sam Harvey, Deputy Director of the Black Dog Institute. It is heartening to see mental health form a key pillar of the budget off the back of the recent reviews that identified the need for major reform in mental health. 18.01.2022 WARNING - these images may cause distress. Suicide is not a topic that should be swept under the carpet, it’s real and it’s taking our youth in massive number...s. It is becoming second nature for our kids as way to solve their problems. This needs to stop!!!! These photos are raw and very real the very talented Courtney Princic (Druzina Photography) as captured the emotion, the love, the sadness, the impact that suicide has on those left behind. Please share these photos with your young people use them to share our story. As you share the impact of suicide on others it could be the key that opens the door for your young one to discuss their own sadness with you so that you can save them. If these photos move one person considering suicide to open up and reach out for help All has not been for nothing. #saveouryouth #suicideawareness #liambarnes #youareimportant #youareloved #dearlymissed Liam Barnes only 19 our son, brother, mate, cousin, nephew, grandson and loved by so many and missed dearly. 12-1-2001 to 10-10-2020 Liam did not mean to cause pain on others, he just wanted his own pain to stop. If only he knew how special he truly was .......

18.01.2022 Be aware of your boys . Learn how to start the conversations that encourages them to talk about what is going on in their heads. There is a lot going on. There are too many young men in extreme emotional pain. My young nephew took his own life in Qld this week, A quiet 27 yr old man, who had been attending university but who did not know how to reach out and find better ways to deal with his issues. He left a grieving family whose lives will always carry the pain and memories. These young men are not aware of how much they are loved by siblings, parents and their extended family.
