10.01.2022 Today as I sat in the water at alligator creek near our home (shallow water currently) with my 2 beautiful children a stunning red dragonfly landed on my hand I notice these little messengers from spirit because I’m open to them. 04.01.2022 This is very true and what we think and feel has a huge impact on our health This week my lower back was so sore, so out of alignment that I felt I was thinking on chiropractic appointments but then I took the time to do connect with myself at a deeper level and release the fears, limiting beliefs and emotions stored.
