02.01.2022 Sometimes you need to look into your #intuition to help with the release of feelings. Work out what works for you. Holding onto negative feelings create unbalance within the body so to help put yourself back into balance the release is needed. Crying is good, shouting, singing, screaming, meditating, running, talking. It doesn’t matter what it is as long as it works for you. So when you have a shitty day or something happens to create negativity within you remember to release... and then straighten your crown and get back to being a positive you. I see you, I love you and you deserve happiness. How do you release negative feelings from your body?
