05.01.2022 I had the most wonder full hugs, love and support last night, from both my mom and dad, who are in spirit My mom passed away in 2014, she was a a spiritualist and the pact we made before her death, to be in touch a lot, has happened A few days ago she came to me very strongly to walk away from a toxic situation in my life. Being guided by spirit swept away all my confusion, self-loathing and fears to act.... Ive been in hiding since, in my safe sanctuary home alone, cancelling most of my work, breathing, many many hours in bed, feeling all the colours, lots of Landcare and self care Ive had strong social anxiety and my wall has been involuntarily up, fragile heart protected when friends have popped in, or I have gone to work, knowing that if I allow my friends to dive into my truth right now, Ill fall apart and itll be time consuming, and Ill be unable to continue with my work/plan. (Im sorry my darwing friends, for hiding from your care and presence, I might still need to for a little while) Ive noticed for me theres a massive difference in the process of feeling painful feelings, and managing painful thoughts. And, my connection to Spirit is definitely less available when I am managing thoughts, while definitely heightened when I am feeling! This feels important, because studies often describe negative feelings as lower vibration, and therefore harder for spirit to reach us. It can be described that spirit needs us to raise our vibration in relaxation, peace and love for their vibration to come easily, no different to us earth souls finding it easier to connect with earth souls who are giving us loving energy than those who are angry or nasty towards us. We can all feel that energy in the air. Remember walking into a room where friends have been fighting, they may stop as soon as u walk in, but u can feel the energy of the disharmony in the room? VERY often, my mom comes and I cry in grief, a lower vibrational feeling. For many years I cried over missing her, last night it was over the hurts I am currently feeling. We had the longest lucid dreaming hugs Ive ever experienced! She laid on the bed with me and spooned me while I sobbed. Before that they greeted me together, mom and dad, with standing hugs while I cried over their shoulders, able to let go of the floodgates with them Having been in painful times in my life before, I know that the magic of my developing connection with spirit has saved me from so much pain, like self hating suicidal thoughts, that I have had to survive several other times in my life. I feel blessed and Im in awe of the magic in connection with spirit And I want to assert, that in my experience, all feelings attract that connection, and thats important for self-love too!
