Rather than feed them with chocolate, feed them with kindness with this cute advent calendar. Please note this is not a paid post, just something we came across and thought it worth sharing.

18.01.2022 Dr Stan Steindl, clinical psychologist here at Psychology Consultants, has a book coming out called The Gifts of Compassion! It’s basically a compassion focused therapy self-help book. As you can see below, you can go to the publisher website to register your interest, and then when it comes out (due mid-December) you can choose to order it with a 15% discount .

15.01.2022 Long standing insomnia programme, Towards Better Sleep has been a bit sleepy over the last 6 months. Like many things, the group programme was postponed this year due to COVID-19. We are pleased to announce the programme will be back in 2021! Held at our new Morningside office, the programme will commence on 16th February at 6pm and be held over a 6 week period.
