You might like to have your favourite oil ready for the meditation and ensure that you are in a quiet space with a blanket and pillow should you want to lie down for the meditation.

06.01.2022 I wanted to reach out to you in these difficult times. I am sure the pandemic and the daily news updates are majorly impacting your anxiety. I am finding that my meditation practice is the key to helping me anchor when the storms around me start to intensify. To sustain our practice we need discipline and routine. Starting Wednesday 25th March, I am offering my clients a free live online meditation session. This will be a weekly session starting at 6pm - and lasting for 45... mins.
