Saturday 28th November Group Fitness Birthday Marathon ... 8.30am Start 30min classes x 5 Prizes to be won It's a Party and I know everyone s a good PARTY, so let's all design, make, borrow or buy your BEST PARTY CLASS HAT. 8.30am HIIT30 - Jason & Jenny HIIT30 is a 30 minute functional fitness, strength and cardio circuit style of training Incorporating all elements of fitness. It will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength, power and improve your balance and flexibility. 9.00am BODYPUMP - Reannen & Kat Bodypump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. 9.30am Fitness On Demand - Core and More - Kat & Reannen Target every area of your core in this workout - front, back, side and all around. Plus, challenge your arms and upper body. A mat and a set of dumbbells will do the trick! 10.00am ZUMBA - Shannon Zumba is a cardio-dance inspired workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. 10.30am BODYATTACK - Kat Bodyattack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
