KB S/L hip hinges Bosu push ups. 5 rounds - 1 min of each 20 x heavy leg press 20 x light leg extensions 20 x calf raises 20 x banded kickbacks 2 rounds 10 x bicep curls 10 x tricep dips 10 x sit ups 3 rounds Well done to us. This week, all my girls turned up and push through to work on themselves.

20.01.2022 Didn’t make time this morning as my mother and I were texting on and off on my run. With a new season in work, I’m juggling new hours and workload. As a result, my performance and recovery hasn’t been the best and it has become more of a chore than enjoyment. So I have cut back to 3 strength a week and the rest is just quick HIIT sessions or running. I don’t like it, I don’t like taking a step back with training but, my 34 year old body cannot adapt like it used to. ... My goal now is to focus on fuelling my body well, rest more and train smarter. My point is...rest when needed, restructure your sessions if needed, eat that damn cake if you crave it, take time off if needed. It’s a journey and it takes time. I am still learning this myself. We can’t always be superman all the time. #ptwithmay #gratefulheart #wellness
