24.01.2022 HIIT is one of my favourite ways to train....I like to think of it as getting more bang for your buck.....but you have to be prepared to work hard! HIIT is grea...t if you are short on time, you can get a good hard workout in around 15-25 min! The awesome thing is you can work at your level! HIIT is mostly timed efforts so you dont have to keep up with anybody.....you just have to take a leap outside of your comfort zone and challenge yourself! Listed below are just a few of the benefits of HIIT! We have three HIIT classes on our timetable at ROF. Come on in and get HIIT and see what you are capable of!

12.01.2022 Meet Olivia Hunt. A Interstate & All Australian champion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. A gold medal winner for Grappling at the Arnold Classics in Melbourne in 2018...WOW!!!! These are just a few of Olivias talents; she also trains in many different Martial Arts disciplines, such as Muay Thai, Wrestling & Boxing. Olivia has been coming to see Rhoda at Rock on Fitness for the past 2 years for Personal Training to help improve her strength, core & cardio fitness. Olivias dedication to her sports renders us speechless most of the time & we admire her perseverance!! We wish her all the best for 2019 & look forward to another great year & another pre season of summer training at the end of the year Well done Olivia Rhoda & the ROF Team
