21.01.2022 What’s Cooking Wednesday: Macadamia Nut Hummus Ingredients:... 1/2 cup roasted macadamia nuts 2 cups chickpeas, drained 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 3 tablespoons water 1 teaspoon minced garlic 10 medium basil leaves Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Please all of the ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. Serve with veggies to dip!

15.01.2022 ** CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ** 2 years ago Anj had life saving surgery. She was diagnosed with a very aggressive, life threatening melanoma. The resulting surgery left her with little use of her shoulder and elbow. She spent 6 months doing Physio to regain use of her arm and shoulder. After all the Physio she needed to build strength and confidence to use her arm and shoulder again so she took over her husband's two PT sessions a week with us here at PT2U. She says it was the best part of her recovery! Now, because of all her hard work, she can do push-ups, burpees and deadlift more than her body weight! She is an absolute true champion and fighter!

11.01.2022 What’s Cooking Wednesday: Lemonade Cucumber Spa Popsicles Ingredients:... - 1 cup julienned cucumber - seeds removed. - 1 fresh squeezed Lemon, remove any seeds - 2 cups cold Water - Natural Sweetener added to taste: use your favorite: Maple Syrup, honey, stevia or agave are good. Instructions: 1. Slice lemon in half and squeeze it over a strainer into 2 cups of cold water. 2. Sweeten lemon water to taste with your favorite sweetener. 3. Fill popsicle molds 2/3 with lemonade. Freeze uncovered for about 1 hour. 4. Take pops out of freezer. Scrape and stir any ice crystals that have formed. 5. Add a spoonful of the julienned cucumber to the pop molds. Be sure to leave a tiny bit of room at the top of your popsicle mold so they don't overflow when you add the stick. 6. With a popsicle stick or a butter knife, press the cucumber into the mixture so it is evenly distributed. 7. Add your popsicle sticks, freeze pops for another 3-4 hours until solid. Pop them out & Enjoy! Notes: These spa pops are a healthier & more cost efficient alternative to store bought pops. More environmentally friendly too, no packaging to toss! As always, use your own taste buds to determine how sweet you want your ice pops. Instead of lemon, try some lime!
