04.01.2022 Calorie counting - don't become obsessed with tracking every single calorie and focus more on what your consuming and when you are consuming it.

04.01.2022 I have been committed to my diet and training 100% the last 4 weeks... first time deadlifting in a while and I was able to hit my goal of 180kg x 2 at a body weight of 80kg It's very important to have goals... it may be to lift a certain weight, drop some inches around the body or even just feel better in your jeans What's more important is having a system in place to help you reach these goals so you can avoid running around in circles and giving up all together

02.01.2022 Allow me to introduce my client/co worker Jono Edwards who just won his first natural bodybuilding comp - during the 16 week prep we were able to achieve great results averaging a 3000 calorie intake per day!
