25.01.2022 The very first virtual class! Maybe of many? . . This all has been a whirlwind crammed into 7 days. I am so new to doing this digital/virtual training but what I love is that we all having a laugh along the way!

14.01.2022 |THE BIGGER PICTURE| Well here is my little gym space that I have been working on for the last couple of weeks. If you have seen my garage before you would agree that it is a big transformation! The thing is that I have spent those weeks sweating on the small details and the what-ifs or more like the 'whens???' But I can now sit down and take in the bigger picture. I am so grateful for all my clients, family and friends, the support and love in this circle is really what matters most! <3
