08.01.2022 Important Exam Centre Update for PTE Academic test in Melbourne and Victoria Regional: PTE test centers are expected to open in Melbourne soon and subject to the expected upcoming lifting of COVID-19 restrictions by the Victoria State Government, we expect further centers in this region to open up over the coming weeks from October 26th onwards. As testing was unavailable during lockdown there will be significant demand for sessions, so PTE will be opening additional test cen...tres in the Melbourne CBD to meet expected demand and help as many test takers find a test session on a date and time that is convenient for them. All test centres will open in strict accordance with local Government requirements and with all necessary health and safety measures. In order to comply with official requirements and to protect test takers and test administrators there are restrictions on the number of test takers in each session. Example: Last night, I saw a movie starring Jennifer Lawrence and Channing Tatum. 3. Names of particular places. Example: Although James dropped out of Port Charles High School, he eventually earned his degree and got a job with Atlas Realty Company. 4. Names of days of the week, months, and holidays. Example: On the last Friday afternoon in June, the day before Canada Day, my boss is having a barbecue for all the employees. 5. Names of commercial products. Example: My little sister knows all the words to the jingles for Maple Leaf hot dogs, Tim Hortons doughnuts, Meow Mix cat food, and Mc Donald's chicken. 6. Titles of books, magazines, newspapers, articles, stories, poems, films, television shows, songs, papers that you write, and the like. Example: In the doctor’s waiting room, I watched Canada AM, read an article in Maclean’s, and leafed through the Winnipeg Free Press. 7. Names of companies, associations, unions, clubs, religious and political groups, and other organizations. Example: Brian, a member of the Canadian Auto Workers union and the Knights of Columbus, works for Ford of Canada.
