Here’s some tips for you to check and ensure you’re doing everything right. Muscle building mistakes: 1# Doing to much high intensity cardio. Your body’s optimal recovery capacity is limited. 2# Skipping meals, going too long without food. Eat 4 to 5 times per day optimally (each meal has to consist at least 20g of good quality protein) 3# Neglecting sleep (at least 7-9 hours) 4# Partying and drinking regularly.
