10.01.2022 Feedback for trainers is so important... i value every comment ... good or bad. Good comments inspire me to keep learning new skills etc and bad feedback is not a negative it’s just a learning curves. On asking a client some feedback today on what she thinks of the sessions...her response was.. I have really enjoyed them and love how hard you push all of us no matter how many times we cry about it you listen to what we ask and work around everything that we can't do due ...to sore body parts which I appreciate as I know lots of other PT's would just disregard that and push them and make it worse! You know our limits more than we usually do half the time which is a gift I'd be proud of! Made my day thank you
