For just over 12 months now I have been lucky enough to work with this young girl to help her reach her goals in Dirt Track, Flat track, Super Moto, road Racing and now Motorcross aswell. We are finally starting to see her push herself more and the strength is starting to come with it. Unfortunately this year hasnt been great for her as all events so have have been cancelled or dates changed due to covid. But we have been working really hard off the bike and I cant wait to see what we can achieve together

14.01.2022 Hi Members! You may have seen the NSW Government has announced for gyms to only be trading during staffed hours . We have already increased our hours but will ...spend the next 24 hours going over all our usage patterns for every day of the week to then staff as many hours as possible for you. 12.01.2022 Making sure you have correct technique in all exercise’s is extremely important. Not only for maximum effect but also for maximum safety! Here is a big tip to help keep you safe whilst doing push-ups and make sure you get the most out of this exercise.. Remember push-ups have lots of different regression and progressions, so if you aren’t sure of the correct way to do a push up to suit your own strength and help you build up to a harder progression let me know..
