13.01.2022 Friday cardio session Workouts should be all about having fun while exercising and training with the people you like Personally I'm not a big lover of cardio sessions although I know it's good for me. But finding a partner that likes dancing as much as I do makes it so much more fun

13.01.2022 Today's session is focused on your upper body strength You can repeat the circuit from 2-5 times X 10/15 reps for each exercise. No equipment needed just your beautiful soul and strong body

06.01.2022 Baking time: Chocolate & nuts babka Ingredients: FOR THE DOUGH:... 500g self raising flour 220ml of plant based milk 80g of nuttlex/ olive oil 20g of fresh yeast or 7-9g of dry yeast 50g of coconut sugar or maple syrup A pinch of salt FOR THE FILLING: 100-150g of dark chocolate (buttons preferably) 50g of ABC butter or chopped mix nuts 20g of maple or agave syrup 1 TSP of raw cacao INSTRUCTIONS: 1. mix the yeast, milk and sugar together and let it sit for 15min so there's a foamy consistency 2. In the meantime, start by mixing the flour in a blender/Thermomix or by hand with the oil/ nuttlex and salt 3. KneadMix the yeast mix to the dough for about 5min until you get a harmonious consistency 4. Place the dough into a salad bowl and cover with a hot and wet tea towel over night (or at least 8h) 5. The following day, take the dough out of the salad bowl and knead it again for about 2min 6. For the filling, melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 1min or until almost melted but not burner (you can add a splash of nuttlex or milk to help) 7. Mix it to some ABC butter/ chopped nuts with the maple syrup and cacao powder 8. Roll the dough on a bench and flaten it out with a pin until even 9. Spread the filling evenly with a brush and roll it out until you get a cylinder shape 10. Half it in the middle and braid it in a tin/ tray 11. Optional: you can add more chocolate/ nuts on top and brush a bit of milk once done 12. Shove it in the oven at 180 for about 35min (you can check around 25/30min)
