07.01.2022 First Week Back!! Although we have all been itching to get back into the gym, we also need to remember that if you haven’t kept up your training whilst in iso, coming back into the gym at full pace can be the worst thing for you. Why? Because over 12 weeks the body can change a lot, this means muscular strength and endurance isnt just put on pause like our memberships. Muscles will break down and turn into fat storage over long periods of time, 12 weeks, unlike taking a w...eek off, will severely impact your fitness, but this doesn’t mean you start from scratch, muscle memory will slowly help you regain your fitness and strength back. What I would recommend is starting back at slower pace, smaller weights, less intensity for the first few sessions to slowly ease your body back into routine. This could take 3 or 4 sessions back at the gym or this could take 3 or 4 weeks, but don’t stress, gains 2.0 are in the making!!
