25.01.2022 Families will be receiving an email this week with login details for the Compass Parent Portal. We will be using this platform to book the upcoming Parent/Teacher Interviews. You’ll also be able to give excursion permissions, notify the school of student absences and much more. Everything in the one place!
25.01.2022 We thank our families for their support during these difficult times dealing with COVID. Once our school receives the latest Operational Guidelines that detail eligibility for some students to be on-site next week, we will email families immediately. We believe that information will arrive before the end of today.
25.01.2022 Puckapunyal Primary School Grade 3/4 students had the opportunity to learn how to make Christmas decorations with our Woodwork teachers this morning. Here you can see Mr Griffiths helping the students with their creations. They had a great time!

24.01.2022 Well done senior students who were involved in conducting our school’s Remembrance Day Commemoration today via ZOOM. They did a terrific job! Thank you to the families who were able to join us. Well done school captains who represented our school at the Seymour RSL Remembrance Day Ceremony today.

Credit card payment is the only option open to us at the moment due to COVID-19 stage 3 restrictions. Once orders are processed, and received at school we will contact you to arrange for collection. 19.01.2022 Our last school day for 2020! We thank all families and community members for their amazing support this year and especially after recent events. Our staff are looking forward to enjoying the last day with our wonderful students. We wish everyone an amazing Christmas and a much better 2021 for all! We will keep communicating with families throughout January leading up to day 1 of next year.

09.01.2022 It seems that not only do our students enjoy our recently upgraded school sandpit. Hello ‘Skippy’.
09.01.2022 Later today, our school will send an email to each family clarifying the changes for Term 3. We are currently waiting for more details to be provided by the Department of Education before we pass on any information. However, what we do know:... -Next week there will be 5 pupil-free days and therefore no school. -Next week, children who do not have a parent at home to look after them can attend school as part of a program of care (supervising, not teaching). Please read the email when it arrives later today as it will have more details.

05.01.2022 Tomorrow is National Pyjama Day! Students may wear their pj’s to school and bring a gold coin donation for The Pyjama Foundation. Don’t forget it is a 1:30pm dismissal .

03.01.2022 Our Foundation students have been excitedly awaiting the arrival of our chickens! Due to COVID we couldn’t enjoy this experience in the classroom, but our students have been following along remotely! Six chickens have hatched today and several others are still pipping .
03.01.2022 Students who are attending on-site for Flexible Learning tomorrow for the last day of term do not have to wear school uniform if they wish.
02.01.2022 Just a reminder to families that from Monday 13th July to Friday 17th July the school has 5 Pupil Free Days. Today the State Government confirmed that from Monday 20th July to at least 19th August we will go back to Remote and Flexible Learning. Once we know more details, we will email each family.
02.01.2022 Term 4 starts on Monday 5th October for all students. We are looking forward to having all of our students back - Yippee! We ask students to please use their designated gates as entry and exit points. School hats are also required for Term 4. At this stage, only adults working at school are allowed to enter school grounds.
