10.01.2022 Fig Pistachio Dacquoise Coconut Mousse Cake has the soft crunch of pistachio meringue layers surrounding a creamy coconut mousse that is studded with fresh autumn figs. An Asian inspired dessert that goes well with my sculptured teapot and cups. Would be equally delicious with other fruits such as raspberries or blackberries.
