08.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE I would like to update all customers with relation to our position regarding the COVID19 (Coronavirus) pandemic and its’ impact on our business to date. Yes we are open.... Staffing Levels Due to the PM’s latest instructions, any staff deemed unnecessary to be here will be working from home. This will have next to no effect on day to day operations. All installers are working insuring purchases are installed to our high standards as per usual. Extra safety precautions are being taken, we ask if you have to be there at time of install please keep your distance while they work. Both showroom staff and installers are being constantly monitored. If at any stage the health and safety of any person is at risk, we will act immediately with the policies we have in place. Stock Levels Our warehouse is well and truly stocked up for the time being. Most of our carpet manufacturers are Australian owned and made insuring ordering carpet in is business as usual. Our vinyl, laminate and timber suppliers have been in constant contact insuring us that their stock levels are fine. Safety Precautions To help ensure the safety of our staff and customers, we have initiated additional regular sanitary measures. Returned samples are being sanitised, In the interests of health and safety of our staff our customers and the broader community, we are politely requesting that; Customers and staff to keep a safe distance of approximately 1.50m between each other. We have the biggest showroom in the hunter region so this will still be able to be achieved even in our busiest periods. If you are over the age of 60, please do not come in unless it is totally necessary. This is for your own safety. Feel free to call the shop instead, we are willing to work around unnecessary face to face contact. If you are experiencing any flu like symptoms or are feeling unwell, please stay at home. Phones and emails are the best alternative to face to face interactions. No site measures or inspections are to occur if staff or customer have recently been overseas or have been in contact with someone who has recently returned from overseas. Cashless payments are preferred however we are still accepting cash payments. Wash your hands thoroughly and often. Use hand sanitiser where available. Avoid shaking hands. In closing, we appreciate the impact this pandemic is having on day to day operations of our wonderful country. We will continue to do everything we can to put the health and safety of our customers and team first. We are doing our part to get through these testing times, and we need you to do your part.
