03.01.2022 Small job installing these simple yet very effective pendant lights over an island bench. We also installed a new double USB power point on the bench, unfortunately there was no cavity to hide the cables so surface conduit was our only option to complete the job we were able to make it more discrete with black paint on the visible conduit and mounting block leaving less of an eye sore behind the microwave.

02.01.2022 Got called out to a clients house to investigate their power playing up. Found multiple loose terminal connections in the switchboard causing cables to burn, RCD’s that when the test button was pressed did not trip out and an AC isolator with a circuit that wasn’t protected with an RCD full of water. The Switchboard has been totally replaced with @clipsaltrade RCBO’s so each circuit is now individual protected by its own safety switch! Remember to check your RCD’s every now and again to make sure they’re operating correctly by pressing the test button!
