07.01.2022 P8 RUNNING GROUPS Alrighty!!! As of tomorrow the whips are cracking!! RUNNING GROUPS ARE ON! ... 9am tomorrow Running specific HIIT session This session will go for approximately 1 hr, where Joss Holdsworth and I will cover the most important things you need to consider when beginning your running programs. We will look at, - Technique for sprinting - Technique for top end speed - Technique for jogging All critical for maximising the use of your core muscles and preventing yourself from getting injured. We will then run a HIIT session, specific to running, which will put everything into place for the next month for our running groups. All your programs will be given to you by tomorrow afternoon Can’t wait to get started and will see you all tomorrow Cheers The Professor

We are going to be doing absolutely everything in our power to make this work with the restrictions of 10 per class! We are willing to add even more classes if our members aren’t able to get into the classes they want to, until the restrictions are lifted 30 minute classes Bring your own towel & drink bottle 15 minute sanitisation in between each class for your safety BRING IT ON BABY!!!!!
