23.01.2022 The Pumangol Service Station team in Porto Amboim, Cuanza Sul province, alongside some of our local partners, recently donated food, clothes, bedding, and biosafety materials to support the local community of Maculungo II village in their fight against COVID-19. 21.01.2022 During the Pandemic, the Puma Energy Panama team has been working with the Puma Energy Foundation to support the Panama Food Bank (Banco de Alimentos Panamá). The collaboration has resulted in more than US $10,000 being donated to the Alimenta Una Vida (‘Feed a Life’) campaign. The Panama Food Bank helps around 30,000 beneficiaries a month and are a lifeline for families and individuals struggling with poverty. That’s why our Pumangol Academy team (together with colleagues from other departments) recently donated a variety of footwear and a wheelchair. 16.01.2022 It’s been 1 year since we opened our Bitumen Lab at our terminal in Newport. This dedicated lab has enabled us to bring all of our QC testing in-house, which has given us much greater control over the quality of our bitumen. We have been able to develop new methods for rapid QC such as Cone & Plate viscosity, giving us a view on blend quality in minutes.
