19.01.2022 One of todays brow transformations If you look really close at the top pic you will see what looks like a pinkish stain from old cosmetic tattoo . This client was very unhappy with the results she got last time in regards to colour and shape and has waited 4 years to have them redone . She also said she had a pretty traumatic experience with lots of blood , pain and even scaring. This client is no stranger to body tattoos either so shes no sooky la la After all of that... it didnt last so she was very worried about trying feathering again . We werent very far into the procedure before she commented that this is already a very different experience to my last one. She will be back in 4 weeks so we can see how they are going and make any adjustments needed. I assured her that if she got the same results as last time we will do machine work at the touch up. choose your technician wisely, the market is flooded with people offering microblading / feathering at the moment . And dont let a bad experience scare you off. Lasting quality does vary from person to person so it’s really hard to give an answer when people ask how long does it last? So many things can affect it, like - how oily/dry your skin is, how much you sweat, your cleansing routine, the list goes on.... I usually recommend people try tint first (because it’s a little cheaper) and then they have something to compare the henna to. Then they can decide which option they prefer. 09.01.2022 Guess who back , back again I have been locked out of this Instagram account for a couple of months , and after countless emails to Instagram, finally Im back !! Yay ! Just in time too..... PUMP is going through some massive changes right now . Unfortunately Carona and lock down really affected us in a big way. ... When we reopened it was just Chantelle doing hair part time, and myself (Meredith) doing my beauty services . But ...... Our current location will be closing on Saturday, I will reopen next week from my home salon in Blair Athol . We will no longer be doing hair as it will be just ME ! Its sad to say good by to my salon but right now there are many businesses in a worse place than I am so I am trying to look on the bright side and feel grateful for what I have . I have amazing clients and cute little space to move into. Now I can concentrate on my services and my clients and Im actually really excited about the future .
