Going into isolation this year forced me to slow down, realise how precious life is and enjoy what really matters.... When I picture my life 10 years from now. I hope I'm still sitting on steps with my teenage kids, drinking poppers and enjoying the simple things in life hahaha.

02.01.2022 Kristal has just sold 2 properties in 2 weeks! The crazy thing is, they never went to market, and both sold above market value. This is one of Kristal's properties. She purchased it for $370,000 in 2017. 3 years later with a $40,000 renovation. They sold the property for $545,000! ... The renovation included: Removing the existing sunroom and adding a polished front deck. Freshening up the exterior with new paint and fencing. Polishing the interior floorboards. Repainting walls. Added some modern VJ panelling. New vanity, mirrors and tap-wear in bathrooms. Installing Vinyl Hybrid flooring downstairs.
