23.01.2022 Helllloooo Spring The mornings are brisk, the days are warm and everyone seems to be in a good mood (I'm thanking the longer days and the Vitamin B that make me happy ) Bring it on

22.01.2022 Happy V Day! I hope you got to spend some time with those you love --- those lucky enough to spend time with me this morning will love me even more tomorrow morning when they can't feel their legs

21.01.2022 I love being a motivator to others, but can't compete with Chris Hemsworth I hope everyone enjoys this pep talk https://www.facebook.com/susannah.m.nix/videos/10160264919039498/

20.01.2022 Happy Birthday to one of my originals (and my adopted mother-in-law) LYNN She is an absolute machine and would hold her own against people 1/3 of her age! She also currently holds the Pump It record for continuous skips with a massive result of 676!! I absolutely love training Lynn and at the age of 68, she continues to show me up with all exercises

15.01.2022 20 years since the opening ceremony of the 2000 Olympic Games!! 15 year old me couldn't get enough of it - I've always been a sports tragic (seriously, I will watch anything/everything) so watching these games was the perfect way for me to spend my school holidays Absolute favourite moment was Cathy Freeman in the 400m final (I questioned her wardrobe choice) but how she performed with the enormity of pressure on her was incredible and I wanted to do that too ... if it wasn't for my "unique" running technique, my short stumpy legs, and the hundreds of thousands of people faster than me, then perhaps I could've been there

14.01.2022 R U OK? Please start a conversation

12.01.2022 I love it when my nephew joins me and the group on Fridays Jordy is everyones favourite little distraction

12.01.2022 Soccer Grand Final Even though we finished top of the table at the end of the season and won the Premiership (very fancy) we lost 1-0 in the game today missing out on the Championship with the softest of soft goals being scored against us. My sister & I (plus our whole team) had the best little cheersquad so we won that, plus got a couple of medals, a fancy plaque, as well as sunstroke and shattered bodies I hope you all had a fantastic weekend without the sunstroke & shattered bodies!

11.01.2022 After 2 awesome trial sessions yesterday (thank you to everyone involved) I am SO excited to launch my Group Virtual Training Sessions next week At this stage, I have a morning timetable available for anyone to join AND the introduction of Kids Sessions which will have some special little co-hosts

10.01.2022 Now that's one stunning sunrise I hope others were awake nice and early and got to witness it too Have a great day everyone Xx

09.01.2022 HAPPY ISO EASTER May you enjoy your day as much as I will, being surrounded by giant squishy bunny pillows and lots of love & laughs with the kids (Dylan's nose is like a Where's Wally in the pic) Demolishing a GIANT CADBURY BUNNY may also be on my 'To Do' List today * Of course everything in moderation I hope you all have a wonderful day Xx

09.01.2022 Too good not to share I love you all (and I would never call you Muppets except in an endearing way)

07.01.2022 That's a wrap on outdoor group training for 2020 We celebrated this morning with a couple of little parties (after the 12 Days of Christmas workout that everyone LOVED!!) You are all amazing and I am so lucky to have all of this enthusiasm and support around me Xx

04.01.2022 Anyone who has trained with me over the past 16 years would know or would've heard me rave about one of my amazing clients & friends, Gennie (affectionately known as G.I. Gennie as she is an absolute Warrior Woman!!) In September her eldest son, Alex, sadly passed away after a long battle with Brain Cancer. Gennie has since decided to go outside of her comfort zone and do a trek on the Larapinta Trail, NT, in May 2021 in Alex's honour and will also be raising much needed fund...s for Brain Cancer Research. If you would like to support Gennie in her trek, please click on the link below - I know it would be greatly appreciated Thank you awesome Pump It family, you guys are the best Xx https://www.curebraincancer.org.au//trek4-brain-cancer-lar

04.01.2022 YES it is a scary time for many at the moment with all the uncertainty and hysteria going around - but we need to remain calm and stay strong (mind and body) Exercise is a primary tool used to help eleviate stress, increase immunity and release endorphins (which we could all use a whole lot of those happy hormones right now!!) These are some of my amazing Friday Mums who train together... Today I created a bit of a cheeky program where we put 19 mins of solid body resistance in the middle of the session as our way of saying FU to Covid-19

04.01.2022 Pump It will soon be offering VIRTUAL TRAINING sessions!! Obviously with so much going on at the moment, I have been talking to clients and asking for feedback regarding me taking my group classes online. This means we can have a workout party where everyone is invited to join from wherever you choose to isolate from Who's interested?!?

03.01.2022 We will remember them Lest We Forget
