06.01.2022 At the gym over a 6 week period, you can achieve SO much: weight loss, gain strength, become a happier and healthier you During this period of time on average people in AU: Work 240 hours (40 hours a week)... Sleep 252 hours (6 hours a night) Watch 162 hours of TV (27 hours a week ) To put this into perspective, on our 6 Week Programme all that we ask is you commit 18 hours over the next 6 weeks (3 sessions a week) to make a lifestyle change and improve your fitness, mental health, and nutrition This is just the AU average...figure out how many hours a week you spend doing these things and try to find 3 hours you can spend on self-care. https://bit.ly/PunchRunLift

05.01.2022 The ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ scheme probably got some of us consuming more meals out then we usually would last month So today we want to talk about over-eating Have you done this recently? Did you punish yourself afterwards?... We’re here to remind you not to undereat, not to go and exercise for 3 hours and not to go off track and eat badly for the rest of the week So what should you do? Forget about it! Get back on track with your healthy eating and go and do a fab gym session as you usually would It's important to remember that sometimes you need to treat yourself...but it doesn't mean you need to fall off the wagon entirely.
