19.01.2022 Coronavirus COVID-19 Update We appreciate our customers support in these unprecedented times as we all respond to the Coronavirus pandemic. As per recent the government changes, Punjabi Tadka will be open for Take-away and delivery only. Dine-In services will be closed until further notice. Normal trading hours will continue.... Please also note that due to restrictions placed on supplies, from time to time some dishes may not be available or may sell out quicker than normal. Prices may also change, please check in-store or with our staff for updates. We would also like to ensure all customers that we maintain very high hygiene standards but have provided additional cleaning and hand hygiene for staff and customers. 17.01.2022 Punjabi Tadka are back in action, with Dine-in available again, we thought let’s expand our customers pallets to more Punjabi delicacies. By releasing 6 new Specials a variety for all. Come in for a treat or let us come to you, open 5pm-11pm every day. 1. Vegetarian Manchurian $9.90 A Indo-Chinese street food infusion, using a variety of finely chopped vegetables, formed into dumplings and deep-fried. Further cooked in a corn flour mixture, Chinese sauces and Indian spices.... To create the ultimate spicy/ tangy combo dish. 2. Tandoori Panner Tika $13.90 Home-Made cottage cheese marinated in Hung Yogurt, garlic/ginger and Chef’s special spices. Grilled in the Tandoor with capsicum and onions. Severed with Mint/ Punjabi Chutney. 3. Kadi Pakora $10 A must have Punjabi dish, consisting of a yogurt-based sauce, thickened with gram flour and spices. Served together with vegetables Pakoras. 4. Lamb Paya Curry $15.90 Mutton Trotters cooked in a curry with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, and a blend of Indian spices. Perfect for Winter. 5. Fish Pakora $20 Lightly battered fish fry in Indian spices, garlic, ginger, and gram flour (chickpea). Served with onions and Punjabi Chutney. 6. Tandoori Prawns $20 Prawns Marinated in Hung Yogurt.
