24.01.2022 WHAT TO DO IF YOU SEE AN ANIMAL LEFT IN A CAR During summer it’s more important than ever to never leave animals or children in the car. It takes just 6 minutes for a dog to suffer irreparable and fatal damage when left in a car, even with the windows down or in the shade. If you see an animal or child left in a car, call the police on 000 immediately as they are equipped to send someone who is already in the area to get them out safely.

21.01.2022 Back at Markets today following completion of Uni Exams, was a great day to see some of our regular fur-families and to meet some awesome new ones! What an excellent event conducted by Rotary Club of Ballarat.

05.01.2022 Simple frozen pet treats to help your fur-ones cool down tomorrow in the rising temperatures! Make up or buy some chicken, beef, or vegetable stock, and water it down a bit, put it into some ice cube trays or an old ice cream tub and freeze it. You could also cut up some apple, banana and/or watermelon to freeze or add to the stock. Give a couple at various times throughout the day, or a couple in the morning and some in the afternoon.

03.01.2022 With temperatures expected to rise into the 40's tomorrow, it's important to stay cool and hydrated! But it's also very important to make sure your fur-babies are also cool! The Pup-a-Licious team is here to give you all some quick tips on helping keep your fur-ones happy, and safe tomorrow! Make sure that they have access to shade all day, and that a large water tub is also in the shade and has plenty of water! Bringing your pets inside (in your house, or even a car garage) can also help alot as they aren't exposed to the sun. Some more tips can be found below to help keep your pets safe and cool tomorrow! We will also post some simple pet friendly cold treats to help too!
