Here’s a very easy Pupsicle recipe for everyone to try: 330g plain low-fat yoghurt... 1/3 cup chopped apple or apple sauce 2 tbs peanut butter (xylitol free) 2 tbs honey Combine all ingredients in a bowl until completely mixed.
