21.01.2022 In this time of profound change and upheaval, I'm aware that many people are needing therapeutic support more now than ever. For this reason I would like my work to remain as accessible as possible, so I've decided to offer a discount for my online sessions. Firstly for those who have been significantly financially impacted by the current covid19 situation, if you are needing support with the resulting stress on your mental health, this reduced price is available for you. Sec...ondly for those of you who are new to, and perhaps unsure about the online format and it's effectiveness, I'm offering a discount for your first session. I have been working remotely with people for almost as long as in person, so it's a familiar format for me. I understand however that the idea of working online can feel unappealing if you haven't experienced it. The format of these sessions is essentially the same as my in person work, and of course nothing beats human contact but in my experience online work is still deeply effective. I'm offering the option to pay less for the first session so you can try it and decide if it is effective for you. My sessions are usually on a sliding scale of $130-$160 for the two hours. For my discount sessions I am now lowering the bottom end to $80 so people can choose what they can afford anywhere between $80-$160. If you know anyone who is needing this kind of somatic support or who may want to use the extra time they now have at home to do some deep inner work, please pass this information on.
