13.01.2022 Chicken and mango salad 1-2 chicken breast Moroccan seasoning Mixed lettuce leaves... Capsicum Red onion Pumpkin or sweet potato ( or both) Cherry tomatoes Mango Lime juice Sesame seeds Coat chicken in Moroccan seasoning cook on bbq grill, roast pumpkin (or sweet potato) in oven, cut up salad, mango and place in bowl, shred chicken add chicken and pumpkin (hot) to salad, mix add lime juice and sprinkle sesame seeds over top. Other options Replace chicken with beef or lamb ( no meat for plant based option) Add olives for a sweet and salty flavour

10.01.2022 Hi everyone, I have put this together to show you some basic exercises working the different body parts so you can make some whole body workouts at home. When making a routine it is best to do more sets of your larger muscle groups and less of your smaller muscles Example Chest, back and legs 3 sets of 15 reps ... Shoulders, biceps and triceps 2 sets of 15 reps Abs you can work really hard 3 sets of 20 or more So pick some exercises you want to do, put on your favourite music, push yourself and most importantly have fun. 08.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you are all well. This is just a quick msg to let everyone know at this stage we should be able to go back to training week commencing the 8th of June according to the current government roll out. (This may change in coming weeks, but hopefully not.)... I will send out another msg 2 weeks out, and I will ask that everyone confirms their attendance, and secures their spot back into the classes they were attending. If I can't get enough attendance in a specific class unfortunately that class will be put on hold until I can confirm enough numbers ( if you confirm your spot and the class is on hold, you will be offered other classes until your class starts again , or you spot secured until the class starts with no fees until that class resumes) Once we start back if you have confirmed your attendance and secured your spot, as per normal, weekly fees will be applicable for classes that are running. If you don't confirm your spot and pay weekly fees as per normal your spot will be open to other members.( remember no fees will be due until first week of reopening) Any fees that were paid in advance, will be worked out to the date we closed and I will text you when you are paid up to. ( unfortunately no make up classes will carry through) If your are looking to become a new member and start training please let me know, I can give you info on what we offer ect, but unfortunately I wont be able to give you available spots until current members have had time to secure their classes. 07.01.2022 Hi everyone, Unfortunately I couldnt get an hour long video uploaded, so here is are some moves for your cardio kickboxing routine or even if you just want to practice some kickboxing techniques. This will give you what to do in a 10 minute video. Do 10 to 20 techniques each side. ... Watch a couple drills pause the video and practice. So put on your favourite music and get working out. 06.01.2022 Sundried tomato and basil ravioli with pumpkin sauce ( or pumpkin soup by itself) Pumpkin sauce (or pumpkin soup) 1/2 Queensland blue pumpkin 3 medium potatoes ... 1 sweet potato 1 onion 2 garlic cloves 2 teaspoons vegeta stock Brown off onion and garlic in a little oil, chop veggies up reasonably small add to pot, add 3 cups of water and vegeta, add pepper to taste. Boil until veggies can be mashed, mash up and ready to eat as soup. Or boil up your favourite pasta ( we used vegan ravioli) pour in sauce and ready to go. Enjoy
06.01.2022 Hi everyone, Can we please make sure that when we are parking for training that we unsure that 1) we are not blocking driveways 2) unsure that there is enough room for large cars/vans ect to drive down the road when parking across from another car 3) avoid parking on the narrow part of the road just after my driveway between the driveway and gumtree ... Please have consideration for my neighbours and other road users so we can continue training. There is a lot parking, especially up in front of the water tank, remember we are here for Fitness!!! 06.01.2022 So I get asked a lot about what healthy things to eat so I thought I would put a few post up of healthy meals or snacks if you do like these like the post and if you dont already follow my page. If there is enough interest I will keep posting different meals. Cheers Stir fry Sesame seed oil... Garlic Chilli Tamari (or soy sauce) Onion Capsicum Asparagus Zucchini Carrot Broccoli Bok choy Bean sprouts Baby Spinach Heat oil, add onion, garlic and chilli, wait 1-2 minutes add rest of veggies and tamari cook 5-10 minutes then add bok choy, bean sprouts and spinach cover and cook another 2-4 minutes ( cooking time depends on how hard or soft you like your veggies) serve with basmati or wild rice. For meat option add chicken, beef or lamb when cooking onion.

03.01.2022 Hi everyone, Just a quick msg to say I hope everyone and their families are ok!!! I know this is a tough time for everyone so remember training is not only good for the body it is also good for the mind. I will be doing a few training posts over coming weeks that we can do at home.... I ask that if you want to see them you follow the page, like the posts, and share as much as possible. This way I know people want to see them and I will continue to do them. I will also do some more recipes, remember we need to eat healthy to achieve goals, whether it is lose weight, gain muscle, increase stamina, or just to live a happy healthy life. 03.01.2022 Pumpkin and chickpea curry Big wedge of pumpkin ( Queensland blue ) Tin of chickpeas 2 x tins coconut milk ... Pinch chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 jar massaman curry paste ( can add 1/2 cup of uncooked rice) Through it all in slow cooker and leave it cooking overnight, stir occasionally. ( if adding rice ensure to put in at same time as other ingredients, otherwise can cook separate and present on plate) Remember if you like the recipes - like, share and if you dont already, follow my page! Cherry tomatoes Vegan mayonnaise Baby Spinach leaves Cook pumpkin, tomatoes and mushrooms in fry pan in a little olive oil, toast roll under grill add sliced avocado on bun, spread mayo on other side, top avocado side with mushrooms, pumpkin, tomatoes and spinach, close up and enjoy.
