20.01.2022 Rember to start the day with a good breakfast it really kick starts the metabolism. I had always been one to skip breakfast but when my weight loss had come to a standstill I finally found a little extra time in the morning for more than a coffee. My breakfast of choice rolled oats, shredded coconut and gojo berries.

18.01.2022 Here is my latest project. I have decided to enter in girls fight back 5. This is a charity event to raise money and bring awareness to breast cancer. I will... be doing Personal Training Sessions at Anytime Fitness on the 16th of August between 11:00am and 5:00pm. All money made will be donated to breast cancer 1/2 hour sessions $35.00 1 hour sessions $60 Not a member, not a problem. Because Jason is such a good guy only a $5.00 casual fee will apply. 18.01.2022 Just want to welcome everyone to my page and thank you for your support. For many that know me, you will understand how amazing it feels right now to be here today. For me its definitely been a journey overcoming my own weight struggles, to then getting though my cert 3 and 4 in fitness while juggling family and work life. Its exciting now to be able to help people work towards their goals and to share my experiences with you all. And although its not always easy it really is worth it.

17.01.2022 While trying to lose weight remember to set fitness goals as well as weight loss goals. Just because the scaled may not of moved this week dosent mean you failed, thats why its important to have other goals that you are working towards whether it be strength, musle gain, how far you can run, or whether its to fit in that pair of jeans up the top of the wardrobe. Focus on your success. The weight will come off everyone experiences plateaus.

12.01.2022 So its my last HIIT session down in the compound tomorrow. I am taking a bit of time out to focus on my PT business. There are so many people to thank for giving me the opportunity to work within small group training it has been an amazing experience, I have learnt so much and have become a pretty good instuctor (if I dont say so myself). So come and join me tomorrow for an awesome workout and a few suprises thrown in.
