24.01.2022 Not all development within a heritage conservation zone requires development consent from Council - some developments can be done as a Complying Development Certificate, through a Private Certifier. If you are thinking about doing development, or are part way through seeking development consent, make an appointment and discuss what can be done.

With an office in a Heritage Precinct the original 1910 terrazzo stair case and handrail that you see when you first come in was intact but showed its decades of use. It took a few day to scrub back 100yrs of use to reveal its understated beauty.
