24.01.2022 Gong and Crystal Bowl Sound Journey So looking forward to my upcoming Sound Journey on Sunday @ 4pm. Love you to join us .....there are a couple of places still available! You are invited to an afternoon of sound and relaxation. The intention for this session is Honouring Yourself. Honouring yourself is loving yourself unconditionally. ... It is ok to ask ourselves, How am I feeling today? Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We come together in sound and ceremony to honour, appreciate and nurture ourselves. Come and relax on the cushioned mats and bathe in the sound frequencies of the gong and crystal bowls to still the mind and allow the body to soften and relax. Sound works on a cellular level.in this relaxed state we can release blocks and encourage the body to heal. Retune your body’s vibration to a state of complete harmony. Marg will create an angelic orchestra of sound as she plays gong, crystal bowls, singing bowls, bells, rattles, drums and chimes. Allow the sounds and vibrations to relax your mind and body and take you on a journey to peace and stillness within......... Details as follows: When: Sunday 28 February 2021 Time: 4.00 pm 5.30pm Where: Pure Vibration Melros Beach is located at 19 Oceanic Drive Dawesville. Parking is available for 4 vehicles on the driveway and 2 cars on the blue metal area adjacent. There is also parking for another 3 vehicles on a vacant block driveway opposite the venue. Further street parking is available at the beach access. Cost: $25.00 Please email or text your attendance and payment by Bank Deposit will confirm your place. I will PM message you with Bank details. Foam mattresses and a yoga mat are supplied for your comfort. During COVID restrictions for your own health and wellbeing please bring a towel/blanket to place over your mattress/yoga mat. Please also bring a blanket and pillow for your own comfort and a towel/sarong to place over a bolster if required. Feel free to bring any other props to allow you lie comfortably for an hour.
