I find it so hard to believe businesses are trying to get on board with covid19 restrictions while I am witnessing trainers boxing with their clients and taking them to workout at the beach or still using their private studios for 1:1 and very small group sessions. What are the official rules for personal training? 1. Gyms are closed ... 2. Personal training studios are closed 3. The beach is CLOSED from Elwood to Port Melbourne 4. St Kilda botanical gardens are closed 5. 1 trainer to 1 client for all sessions 6. 1.5m distance at all times - this means you cannot box with your client 7. Wearing gloves to training - laughable - hands are dirty! Not just today - but everyday of your life.
