Even though we were unfortunate and did not take out 1st in the AMIC Sausage King Nationals Competition held at Crowne Plaza Terrigal we were lucky enough to take out 2nd place for the Continental Category with our Italian Chilli & Fennel Sausage Thank you to Josh & Kaine for representing the team on the night I would also like to mention & congratulate Hasties Toptaste Meats for taking out 3rd place in their category & South Nowra for a 1st in the Burger category, well done guys #butcherssupportingbutchers
