05.01.2022 Long Post It's with both great sadness and excitement that I let you all know Pure Country will be changing ownership as of Oct 14th!! Although a sur...prise sale of sorts, its timing has been just right for me to be able to move on and concentrate on my studies and pursue other long term career aspirations. Im ready to hand the reins over to someone else who has the drive, passion and desire to take on a new challenge and continue the success of this amazing little Country & Western retail store. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every single day in the past 2.5yrs at the shop and talking with every single one of my wonderful customers You have all made the experience special for me and I wouldn't have got to where I am now in this retail caper if it wasn't for all of you!! From amazing Seafood & Shopping nights to the ever successful Malanda Show to the excitement of rodeo events to the crowd favourite of the Malanda Bull Ride....its all been a buzz and I wouldn't change any of it for quids. I consider the past 2.5yrs as extremely successful both in business but also personally in developing new skills and making some wonderful friends along the way. Ive also learnt that in retail one of the most amazing, uplifting things to hear is that customers come to my store to shop purely because of my customer service and reputation, and I will always hold that dear to my heart I would certainly never sell this business onto just anyone and the new owner, Tammy, will bring to Pure Country many wonderful skills and I have great faith in her continuing this business with passion and future success. Tammy will be in store regularly over the coming weeks so please drop in, say hi and give her your wonderful local support like you did to me. Tammy is a Milla local, positive and friendly and is looking forward to meeting all of you Although not leaving the beautiful Tablelands I ask that you please also call into to have a chat as Id love to see as many of you as possible before I head out on my new pursuits.
