11.01.2022 This was an idea that arose from the fact that butt joints in decks always either split or needed 4 screws per joint. Instead I did a half lap joint, applied construction adhesive and fixed it with just 2 screws. The finish product speaks for it self and was extremely well wearing, not separating or splitting at all. #roughsawndarwinstringy #cairnsbuilding #timberdeck
